Default OOPS, they did it again. My FIFTH problem with this ticket purchase.

Just got a note from Sean Christopher at Delta customer service regarding my request for a BestFare refund. I followed all of their instruction to the letter, but was denied my refund and flight credit because Delta thought I found a better fare at AA.com (American Airlines) rather than AAA.com (American Automobile Association), as indicated on my request for a refund. This is the FIFTH complaint I have with Delta over this ONE ticket purchase. Unbelievable!
