Default worst first class in the world

RE: UA 233/249 HNL/ORD

I have over 2 million miles with united and I have now reached my limit as to HOW LOW CAN YOU GO IN CUSTOMER SERVICE???
1. This flight is over 8 HOURS and there are no pillows for FIRST CLASS.
2. You have removed a decent blanket and given us a handkerchief blanket that is so thin you can poke your finger through and doesn't cover your body-REMEMBER THIS IS AN 8 HOUR FLIGHT IN FIRST CLASS
3. The seat in FIRST CLASS reclines 6 inches FOR AN 8 HOUR FLIGHT.
4. There are no foot rests FOR AN 8 HOUR FLIGHT IN FIRST CLASS
5. The food was served on plastic 12" tray with a terrible salad dressing in a plastic container. I felt that I was in a jail cell rather than on A FIRST CLASS FLIGHT FOR 8 HOURS.

I spoke to several passengers and the crew who recommended that we write to you and I promised that I would but, as this is the last straw in United's descent into the worst case of FIRST CLASS service I have ever endured, I am now willing to send this to every blog and website that pertains to airline service.

With over 2 million miles with United alone, I have stood by you through all your ups and downs; but as you have raised airfares, collected Millions of $$ in baggage fees, you have the audacity to take away pillows and substitute a handkerchief for a blanket IN FIRST CLASS FOR AN 8 HOUR FLIGHT.

Who makes those decisions? Which customers make up your most valuable list? Someone needs a wake up call and I hope my letter reaches them.

I want to know that this letter gets to the President and CEO of United because they need to know how we feel. This letter will be sent to every media I can reach if I do not get a detailed response acceptable to US, YOUR CUSTOMERS IN FIRST CLASS SITTING ON AN 8 HOUR FLIGHT WITHOUT PILLOWS AND A HANDKERCHIEF FOR A BLANKET.
