I already paid the security fees, fuel surcharge fees and what not on the ticket. Now I just want to modify it. Are you seriously me telling me that I have to pay a change fee to modify a reservation that "can be modified free of charge"?
BTW could you please edit your post and keep only the relevant part of the conditions, posting the whole thing just clutters the thread with mostly useless information.
