I hate SWA now because of all the changes they have made. They really seem like they do not give a S**t anymore about the customers as long as they can bring in the money. They enforce policy that was never enforced before, they have taken away customer options and flexibility, they make it harder to get rewards, they limit the seats for awarded passengers, etc., etc., etc.

SWA is no longer the airline they promote themselves to be. They are catering to the business class and the not-casual flyer on a budget. They want to be like the other airlines and be the big boy on campus. Well, you can be like the big boys and follow all of them to bankrupcy, delays, and angry customers. Hope that is what you wanted.
