sorry to post my reply thrice, I was trying to fix the font. Let me complete my post.
I am thinking of bringing legal action but I am not sure if I should bring against Qatar or my travel agent. Finally, I believe that the reply from both of them would be that they are not responsible for any damages beyond London because of some legal ramifications. Thanks again
