Do you live in the UK? If so, the Data Protection Act 1998 provides a right of access to personal information about yourself held by public authorities and private bodies, regardless of the form in which it is held. Under the DPA you can request to be provided with the complete copy of your booking.
This will not tell you whose card it is that was used but should clarify who recorded the card number in the booking.
Every European country has a similar law/act.

Question: since this was not your card, you have not been charged for the change of your ticket? Correct?
