Unfortunately due to urgency I didn't have the availability to go to the Claims Desk. The point is I paid $25.00 for a service rendered. What gave you the right to treat my personal belongings so badly? This isn't regular handing, There is a definite loss of respect on both sides now. I replaced the bag yesterday for $160.00.
I know this is just going to be passed over. I just wish somebody would give a damn.
