Default Etihad - the worst airline in the world

I flew Etihad recently and want to tell the world to avoid it. The service is appalling. The flight attendants focus all their attention purely on the Arab passengers. The food is shocking. The fish smelt so off and then when I complained they offered me pasta although I'm on a gluten free diet. I purchased 2 bottles of alcohol on board but when I went through transit and caught another Etihad flight they took my alcohol away. I complained to them and waited for 6 weeks for a reply (they told me 21 days). The when I called them they again promised me a reponse in 2 days and merely sent an email saying the complaint was deferred to their office in the middle east. AVOID THIS NASTY AIRLINE.:m ad:
