Man, am I glad I clean toilets for a living now. They don't scream back.

This poor sap didn't make the rules. And with the accountability of airlines, he will now have to explain himself as to his superiors as to why he didn't collect the published fees that everyone else is required to pay. Also, taking up 30 minutes of an agent's time requires the other passengers to wait longer. I could process a passenger is less than 2 minutes. That's more than 15 customers during that time he spent all with you. Bravo!
