I realize, albeit after the fact, they fly to Armenia but the statement, "The actual Spirit airplane flights were excellent....." led me to believe they flew other airlines, as well.
If they flew only Spirit, which after further review is seems is probably the case, then the agent did seem to be jacking the OP around and I am completely wrong about my opinions.
