1603: sign up for window, end up with middle
I made reservations weeks ago to fly from Atlanta to Las Vegas so I could be sure of getting a window seat. At check-in, I was reassigned to a middle seat without a word of explanation or apology. WTF? I won't be flying Delta again if I get any choice in the matter, and I warn everyone else to beware of this airline's bait-and-switch scam.
