Etihad name on ticket
I booked a ticket for my sister online using the etihad website. Booking was completed and the credit card verified at a local office. Later I discovered in her passport she has the surname and middle names in the passport field ie 2 surnames. I booked using only the main surname. Called etihad and they informed me there is nothing they can do except to cancel the ticket and re-book a new ticket. This will cost at least zar1150. Does anyone else have any experience with this? The names and spellings are correct except there is a last part missing on the surname field compared to the passport. Example booked as John smith instead of John smith khan.
