Flight Delayed due to NO CREW
I've heard of maintenance issues, and I could understand a delay for one or even two crew members, but absolutely NO CREW for a flight that was booked months ago?
What level of incompetence does that take? Do I schedule my car to go to work and then not get behind the wheel?
One thing US Airways didn't forget to do was charge me, no, that they did right away and now we get to wait ANOTHER 3.5 hours so we arrive at 1AM!
Avoid this airline at all cost, they are horrible.
