Blue Panorama
I have a complaint about Italian airline Blue-Panorama's failure to deliver a bag after 4 months and counting. The airline has been unresponsive to the point where I am unable to even file a complaint directly with a representative. The President and head of Operations were sent messages directly on this as well, and I have received no reply.
Is there a forum/avenue I can use to pursue recovery of my bag, or failing that, damages for the loss?
