I'd write to them.. Let them address the issue.. If you we doing something you were not supposed to be; like out of sequence boarding for example, then the agent would be right and correct to address it.... but... it should be done in an appropriate manner..
I'm not so sure that her age nor your age was a determining factor in the issue. I can appreciate your age and status, as well as the agent's age, but at the end of the day, unless there was some other unusual overriding condition, I don't see anything wrong with an agent enforcing company policy-- again so long as it's done in compliance with actual airline policy (and not some agent made-up one) and done so in a professional manner.
If she wasn't professional, then I think that needs to be reported as it's not OK.. but... if the issue is her (younger than you) age and the fact that she 'called you out' for lack of a better term on the boarding timing, then I see that differently.
