Volaris, paid for but no flight, no refund
2 months ago I had a return flight WITHIN 24 HOURS from Mexico City to Cancun with Volaris.
24 hours before the departure, I read over my e-mail that I had to call Volaris for a change in the schedule.
So! I tried to call for 1.5 hour, got 3 spanish speakers then 3 english ones ... and I never reached the service.
In fact, I knew that the flight could be cancelled by the fear of a hurricane. At that time my return flight wasn't yet cancelled (or changed). But! Not going in Cancun but coming back 24 hours after would not make sense.
Back to Canada, I e-mailed over 100 times to Volaris while asking explanation and refund. I never received a reply.
Should I start again to call them while sticking at the phone for hours?
Anyway, so far, I never got a refund, credits for future flights and so on ...
My conclusion: banning that low-fare airliner for the reasons explained above.
