The first time I used AA was to go from NYC JFK to Toronto.
My flight was cancelled, i had to change airport and i arrived in Toronto 6 hours late.
Then i was obliged to fly with AA, and the same story: 1 hour and half of delay, for the same trip (Toronto- NYC JFK).
Never again.
