flight attendent "FA"
My wife were traveling from Ft. Lauferdale to Chicago and since I am a A list preferred and my wife has a companion pass SW does notallow the 2 to board at the sametime. I had A16 and she had B30. I saved an exit aisle for her. The FA, Tori went off on me saying it is against company policy that you can not save a seat. I allowed others to take the saved seats but he would not let it go. At that moment the gate agent came runnning down the asile to me and told me she should could pull my wife and I off and keep us from fying unless I walked to the front of the plane and apoligize to Tori. I did and he still would not let it fo. I kept my cool and did the walk of shame back to my seat. Wrote SW and they ansered that there is NO policy on saving seats. TORI you are wrong. Get informaed of the current poilcies. You should be ashamed of the way you treated the very customer that pays the higher ticket prices on an ongoing basis that keeps you employed. These FA put the fear into you when flying and have taken any chance of speaking your mind for fear of getting hauled off the plane. SW, Just let the AList and companion pass holder board together and you could have avaoded this issue.
