I recently took two weeks off to travel and just returned back home. My travels took me to different times zones and my vacation spot had a 6 hour time difference compared to home. I am sure you can imagine my jet lag. My body is still asking me to sleep and eat at the times that it grew accustomed to over the course of my vacation. Now I am being asked to readjust.
