Default Lose the arrogance

BA you are an arrogant, unhelpful, ignorant and unsympathetic organisation. You are simply too big to deliver reasonable customer service.

You will never receive another cent of my money, my business or my family's as long as I can help it.

Everyone makes mistakes, you are simply too ignorant to humbly apologise and correct your mistakes.

I will make it my business to publish, communicate, tweet, tell friends and blog about my BA experience.
