I have had many bad experiences with this airline, including trying to use miles.
It is truly a joke and I will never fly them again. I would rather drive, use the train or not go. Connections are terrible, and you wait endless hours for your next flight. It appears they want to over-charge you and make you think they are providing service. Their service stinks!
Finally got rid of my miles and will never use this airline again. I also told all my friends and acquaintances.
They rip you off, money wise and overcharges with terrible services.
