Default Continental Airline stole my money.

Dear Friends,

I want my money back!!! Please!!! Please help me!!!

I bought a ticket on Continental Airlines on Jan 23th but NOW I want to cancel it. I want my money back!

I called then. But the operator on customer service told me that I can't have my money back because I had bought a ticket that is not refundable after 24 hours! My ticket costs 1,270 dolars!!!

How come??? How come that a ticket that I bought to travel in MARCH can not be refundable 50 hours after I bought it???

I want my money back.

My confirmation number is: A6LKKB. My day travel is March 8th from Sao Paulo Guarulhos.

You know the worst?

I couldn't cancel within 24 hours of the purchase because I couldn't talk to any operator over the phone. They put me on hold for more than a hour for three times on Jan24 and I couldn't reach then.

I have more than 8,000 followers on Twitter and 5,000 on Facebook. I'm a writer, blogger, marketer and a person of influence in Brazil. I'm about to spread this conversation all over the web until something happen and I get my money back.

I look forward to hearing from Continental Airlines soon very soon.
