We were flying Turkish airways from Stockholm to Bangkok and back. Ok they have new airoplan but the worst staff I ever meet.

When we arrived two bags where gone. On the way back one bag was broken.
But the worst thing was that we have bought 8 seat, 6 in premium class and two in economi, now we only check in 7 person and one was of course not in premium class, but we could´t use that seat even if all was family and we payed for all seat and didn´t get any back for the last one....VERY BAD TURKISH AIRWAYS and very bad staff. Never again Turkish.

One in the family was also pregnant, we have paper from doctors from both Sweden and Thailand , but they make difficulties about that too even if we have right. BAD BAD BAD
