Does Delta Monitor this site?
Just curious if Delta monitors this site and if there has been any feedback from them.
I am have been a Platinum member for more than 15 years. I have never been treated so poorly by Delta reps as I have been in the past 6 months. I don't flaunt my "status" or expect any different treatment that anybody else, but these people have no more empathy than the dirt over my mothers grave.
Didn't they just go through a huge customer service excellence training. All I've received from Delta recently are higher prices and worse customer service.
