I completely agree - this merger has put Continental OnePass way behind Delta's program. On the other hand, TAM is very, very lazy - the airline should leave Star Alliance soon as it merged with LAN and is now going to OneWorld (good luck to them....).

Anyway, Continental should do a much better job in handling these requests, from premium members or not.
