Baggage Damaged & 3 months later still waiting for repairs
Baggage damaged on March 11 and sent for repair. Still waiting for my bag to be returned. Customer services sounds like it is in India and are totally useless. Keep telling me that someone will call me or the bag will be returned but this has not happened yet.
