baggage delayed - no refund - despite that
On July 31, 2011 I paid $245 to check baggage. I checked in two and a half hours prior to the flight taking off. My baggage did not make it on the same plane as me (hmm...did paid cargo make it?). It arrived on the next flight costing me time and money.
I wrote to the airline asking for a refund on August 1 - when I heard back from them they said - nope!
If you're going to charge for baggage - at least get it right. $245 of my hard earned money is too much to give for crummy service.
