Contact the office of the State Attorney General and tell them how DirectAir are making it impossible for you to fulfil the contract. Document every effort, with dates and times, and if possible have itemized phone bills showing how long you were on hold. Take screen shots of your efforts to send them online with no reply. What DirectAir are doing here is close to fraud... if the Attorney General's office won't help, all that evidence will serve you in small claims court. I am sure they would find in your favour.
