You mentioned you and your daughter were humiliated once you boarded the plane to Paris. Why? What did the FAs do and why were you not allowed to continue on the flight?
I think you can make your complaint to Delta powerful by sticking to the most relevant items. From reading the post, I would guess these are:
1. You were off-loaded from the CVG-CDG flight. (Should state the reason they gave and your explanation on why its wrong)
2. You were not re-imbursed for the flight fare
3. You had to make alternative arrangements which involved significant costs and Delta did not provide any assistance.
I would recommend skipping all the attachments and just including your flight details (reservation number, ticket number, etc.).
