My husband arrived yesterday morning from Uruguay via Miami to Dallas on AA FLT 439. When he opened his luggage, a baggage handler (most probably in Miami), had obviously opened his luggage, pulled out a bottle of Don Pascual Cabernet Savignon,
uncorked it, chuggalugged half of it, replaced the cork and stuck the bottle back in his bag
. Lucky for us, it did not leak all over his clothing!! I tried to contact AA. What a joke. I was given a FAX NUMBER by Baggage Claims. No one apparently cares that an employee is not only a thief but is drinking on the job as well. I did send off a letter to the fax number. How unusual. . . no one has contacted us! I don't care about the loss of the wine; I only care that they care about the behavior of their employees! Oh, and I poured out the rest of the wine; Lord only knows what they "added".
