This happened on different dates, independent of each other. Same story - they took the money, they pretended to give the eticket but nothing was actually booked.
Just a few days ago another colleague was trying to book a ticket, she went through the process three times, and each time her credit card was debited for the amount, but not ticket was returned. The company could not be reached for assistance.
Thank you very much for your comments. When booking with edreams we always ask our customers to wait untill receiving the confirmation email or contact us in case it takes more than an hour.
