The rip off change fee per ticket is pretty standard and there is little you can do about this...it is part of their terms and conditions. However, if you have documentation stating you will have credit for the flight and they failed to do it, just take them to small claims. It is cheap, you will win and they will be forced to refund you. Don't waste your time with them any longer...
