If you're gonna persue this legally, I would start by not posting your complaint, if by chance the airlines people are reading this site (and I'm sure they are) They will rip this story apart and make you out to be the bad person. And that goes out to anyone, don't post your complain online if you're gonna persue matters legally.

The airline never investigated this serious incident. In addition the person in the seat next to me had a child that was too big to fit in the seat. The child's legs extended into mine and they kept kicking me. In addition the child kept grabbing my stuff and at me. This went on all during the flight. Those seats are so small there was no reason that adults should not have paid for another seat! The flight attendants did nothing about it! I deserve a refund for this and an investigation into the conduct of the airline flight crew that was unacceptable. And the child and adult were a safety violation.
