Copa airlines is similar....they have horrible customer service....
Don't even try to call Their Panama Phone lines...you will get nowhere....
USA phone lines are slightly better but Airport agents are very rude and sometimes difficult to understand....Speak Spanish....They treat their Executive class like the economy class....rude and uncaring!.....

I'd just recommend taking another airlines if at all possible..
if theirs another airline choice...take it!...
