Default Delayed bag sent to United College Station, TX. No delivery,call and no one there!!!

Except for the complete failure to your agents in College Station to deliver as instructed or even call when the bad arrived 11 AM next day (Sat), all was excellent. At 1:30 PM I drove to the airport and found United Counter CLOSED AND NO ONE THERE!!!!. Next flight at 8:45 PM!~!! I had urgent items in bag and finally convinced airport security office to call United employee at home. Gabriel arrived and retrieved bag in locked United office at check in counter.

I am filing complaint with United CEO and FAA.
