I was shown the manifest by the FA in her attempt to explain the policy. She showed me her list of passengers with their medallion status listed next to it. I did pay full fare for my flight. I received NO UPGRADE. Why is this so hard for you folks to believe? Would you like to see my VISA receipt for $1245???? Thanks for all your support folks...good luck to you.

This is obviously not an airline complaint forum. This is a let everyone flame you if you post anything even mildly derogatory about their favorite airline site. Screw this..no help at all.
