No, as the agent pulled our family aside the other passengers boarded
"Ms. Linate made us wait at the gate as other passengers were allowed to board the plane. I kept pointing out that other bags were allowed on the plane that were much larger than ours".
She finally realized she was wrong and we were able to board the plane WITH OUR BAGS. We had no issues on the 2 leg outbound flight and only on the second leg of our return with this agent.
