When I called Ex club, not only she acted like a jerk but would not agree. How do you points in 10 days. She says it is in Terms and conditions and I DONT SEE THEM THERE at all. BA is just a crook always screwing customers. SOmeone should sue them. I am not British and they would probably k their a but not a non-british. In 13 months I accrued 720 points which should be for SIlver and they deny these little perks. Hope thay rot in hell.
This is how the club works, and you would have seen it when you logged into BA.com. It states right on the front page the date your membership year ends. You states that you "accrued" 720 points in 13 months - if this is the case, then you would have already been Bronze no matter when they deducted them.

By the way, do you know BA just changed the club totally making it easier to tier-up? It used to be, if you made silver (600 points) all your points would reset, and you'd need to get another 1600 points to make Gold. Now it doesn't reset once you reach a tier - it's now way, way more easy to move up through the ranks.
