I am most upset about not getting a refund when I could have. I called customer service before I got on any flight and was told I could not get a refund. The policy says that I can get a refund, not only did I read this but the guy I got on the phone the second time told me that. My bags are also lost because of the delay. However, all of this could have been avoided if I would have gotten my refund when I asked. I was going to rent a car and just drive myself. I'm sure the calls are monitored and I will take legal action. I may lose my job and not to mention all the items in my bag. The customer service reps at Delta seemed to show no sympathy.
I would copy and paste the policy, but I'm on my phone. If you go to the refund policy on their website, it will tell you that anything not their fault can be refunded.
