no miles received after using plusgrade
Last may I decided to use plusgrade so I could have some rest on the plane during my 13 houres trip and was glad when my offer was accepted for the second part of my trip so I could arrive a bit rested
Soon after the trip the activity showed up on my account but there where no miles assigned to this. I waited a few days then tried the missing miles but no response what so ever so i contacted the general guest service, after.
Finally on the 15th of may i received an email that they where looking into this but no further news, after one month I contacted them again to ask what was needed and the answer got to me 12 days later that it was well received but still no solution
What's the point paying more if you don't even get the normal miles you should have gotten if you didn't upgrade?

Yes you will earn Etihad Guest Miles for the upgrade. You will earn the base miles (as per the flown distance) plus a 10% additional bonus for the relevant cabin upgrade. The below illustration indicates the calculation of Etihad Guest Miles for an online upgrade.
