As the OP stated, it's on the "help" tab, under "how many bags can I bring?"
Information like this needs to be prominently displayed and not buried in some obscure location that nobody is likely to look for such information. At the very least, it should be located on the "baggage" page. I think this should be brought to the attention of the customer service individual contact I provided. If you say "the agent told me" you don't really have an argument, because, if asked, the agent will say "I told them..." and it will be your word against theirs.
