The point is that it is there. If you book travel, then you as a consumer need to do your research and use these functions on the website. Certainly the person (he/she/it) who started the thread could have done a bit more research instead of thinking that cheapets is best. If this case it cost her and rightfully so. I am siding with Spirit on this one.
