Unfortunately, we don't have an email showing we asked for it so it is her word against ours. I don't think we are going to get anywhere with that.
We hadn't read anything on cruises before we booked because it was all so overwhelming and we had trusted the travel agent.
Don't think I will use a travel agent again. It's a lot of work planning your own trip but at least, with the right information, you can do it right.
