I bought tickets to Europe on July 8,2012 for my wife and I. The cost was $2313 for the 2 of us.
On July 19 I checked the same flights. Much to my surprise the cost was now 1694 a reduction of $619.
I called Delta and was told that that price was wrong. I said it's on my computer screen. She checked and confirmed the price. She said it would cost $400 to change the tickets and I would save $40.
I told her it was a rip off. I am use to good service from Southwest.
I will think twice about using Delta in the future or wait longer before making my reservation. Very bad customer service.
