Bad airline in service, booking, and everything
Worst experiences with this airline. In the past month they have. An elled two of my flights and today overbooked my flight with 26 people. Makes me wait 3hrs with no update. Everyone here is ****** and the agents are still confused as hell. Im guessing its something with their systems, because it seems to be a recurring issue. Dont fly them til they get this fixed. I fly out of IAD. Dont do it! And their terminal sucks too. They should go bankrupt.
