Default United Will Have A Bad Reputation When I'm Done

United will honor the tickets, but with such frustration and extra time on my behalf. Although I do not wish to pay for another ticket myself to accompany my children.
The Customer Service Agent hung up the telephone on me after 47 minutes, when I told her calmly that I didn't believe the excuse that each of the three flights I had were cancelled due to weather. There was no weather on the entire US weather map, it was sunny at each location, and no other flights on the departure board were cancelled. United needs to at least admit the lack of service and close shop if they can't deliver.
