I think it is absolutely usurous for this airline to charge this size fee to re-deposit miles. I booked a trip on line using mileage (no human interaction) and found later, more than a month before the trip, that I did not need to use the miles and redeposited the miles using their on-line application (no human interaction). I am not sure how they can feel even remotely justified in charging their most loyal customers an unreasonable fee for something that requires no human interaction. I think this is immoral.
