Check-In Service
Flew out of Boston on Air Tran yesterday. Flight crew was great. Check-in staff, not so much. They were cold at 5:00 am as if it was the last place they wanted to be. They gave instructions in a presumptuous manner as if we should all automatically know what they were about to say. Do not understand why "bedside" manners have declined so. Why can't employees enforce policies in a courteous way? The paying customers do not need to be treated this way.
