well, to avoid certain carriers, sure. but how about to warn customers not to check valuables which ALL airlines state on their contract and baggage polices. the airlines say they aren't responsible for electronics in checked luggage. it may have been and airline employee or a TSA employee, biggest lesson....dont check valuables! you can file a claim/complaint on the TSA website, however, much like the airline, they wont do anything about it
