delta customer service could care less
this is not the company it used to be there is a new man in charge at delta his name is cory in cust service he says there isnt anyone above him to help us we have 11000 employees in our company i will do all i can to save them what i went thru 1 hr 4 minutes to make a reservation to someone who does not speak english and the email she sent was in doss.no one could read it never told me i could not change the name on one of the tickets we made 3 reservations one person cant go to the meeting cory say;s THATS COMPANY POLICY!! OK LETS SEE WHAT THAT COSTS DELTA IT ONLY COST ME 297.00
